AHS offers 14 smartly furnished, newly-built Serviced Apartments in a prime location. Here you can travel, live or work safely and independently. Whether for business or private reasons, temporary accommodation at AHS guarantees you an unforgettable and comfortable stay in Sofia. It is possible to temporarily use our apartments as office space. Building Automation with Access Control to all areas assures high levels of safety, unlike common hotels. 24/7 Check-in is possible.
A serviced apartment is a fully furnished apartment that can be booked for different periods and is fully equipped with everyday utensils. Short, medium, and longer stays are possible. The guest needs nothing more to move in than their suitcases, the rest is provided. Each apartment has a full-sized kitchen, which, in addition to a washing machine and coffee machine, also provides pots, cutlery, and crockery. In addition, each flat is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi. Personal washing machines are also an established standard. Furthermore, а housekeeping service can be used as often as needed.
